Our principle

We collect as little data as possible. Our apps work by default without an account and without advertising tracking.

Data collected on this site

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising analytics tools. The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message content, solely to reply to you. This information is not retained beyond what is necessary to process your request and is not shared with any third party.

Data collected in our apps

Perennial

Perennial does not require creating an account for everyday use. Premium features are offered through the native in-app purchase systems of the App Store and Google Play: payment information (card details, billing) is processed directly by Apple or Google, who act as data controllers for that information; we do not have access to it. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.

We also collect aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (usage frequency, recorded once a month), automatically deleted after 13 months. These statistics do not allow us to identify you individually.

Legal basis for processing

The data described above is processed on the basis of performance of the requested service (providing the synchronization feature) and, for the contact form, on the basis of your explicit request. We do not carry out any profiling or marketing outreach based on this data.

Minor users

Our apps do not specifically target a minor audience and do not offer a user account feature requiring identification. In-app purchases are subject to the parental controls and age verification mechanisms of the App Store and Google Play (family accounts, purchase authorization). We do not knowingly collect data beyond what is strictly necessary for the service to function.

Retention period

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to process your request. Anonymized usage statistics are automatically deleted after 13 months. Technical cloud identifiers are kept for as long as the synchronization feature remains active on your account.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to us via the Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
